Payment
Full payment is required to secure the booking
Cancellations & Refunds
Should a cancellation take place, there will be no refund offered. Any cancellations are at the discretion of the campsite.
Arrival & Departure
PLEASE NOTE LEVELLING RAMPS MAYBE REQUIRED THEREFORE PLEASE BRIING THEM WITH YOU.
Pitches will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Arrival instructions are sent out with the confirmation of the payment being received.
Please ensure you park on the pitch allocated to you on arrival.
Guests are required to vacate their pitches by 11am on the day of departure. If the pitch is still occupied after this time, the campsite reserves the right to move any Unit or make a further charge.
Electric Hook-ups
Electric Hook-ups are 10 amps only. On no account are campers allowed more than one hook-up per unit / pitch. Please ensure you have an adequate cable, 15 m length minimum.
No 2 way electric splitters allowed.
Visitors - Day or Night
Please call or email with your request for visitors to your pitch. Anyone who wishes to visit you on-site must have pre-arranged with the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to decline requests for visitors.
Noise
All music, radio and television sounds must be kept at a low volume and not AT ANY TIME be heard outside your own vehicle.
NO NOISE between the hours of 10.30pm to 7am.
BBQ's & Fire Pits
These must be raised off the ground to avoid burnt grass. All BBQs & Fire Pits must be extinguished by 10pm.
NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted. They must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended, either inside the vehicle or tethered up. Please be mindful of other guests and wildlife by keeping a close eye on your pet at all times. All dog mess must be cleared up.
Children
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Fishing
Fishing is available at an additional cost per rod, per day. Book direct with Lymm Anglers

Rod licence and mat required.
Other Rules
No gazebos or organised parties without prior agreement.
No Fireworks
No Charging of electric cars on-site
One tent per pitch
No Drones permitted on-site
No rope swings or tree climbing
No illegal substances to be brought onto the campsite
Site Office
The site office is not open 24 hours a day, therefore any questions or issues should be directed by email or phone call to us, and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
Warden On-site
There is a warden on-site to ensure all rules are adhered to. Any issues, please contact the warden directly on 07769 835950.
Guest Behaviour
The campsite reserves the right to remove any guests that don't adhere to the rules set out here.
